About Thrivewithhollie

Thrivewithhollie is a child and adolescent mental health coaching service, dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based support through 1:1 coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — either face-to-face or online via Zoom.

Led by Hollie, a mother, British qualified teacher, mental health lead (DfE) and accredited coach. Thrivewithhollie focuses on empowering children and young people to overcome emotional challenges, build confidence, and thrive in their everyday lives. Hollie brings a unique blend of 13 years educational experience, psychological insight and a deep passion for helping young minds navigate life’s ups and downs.

Whether a child is adjusting to change, dealing with anxiety, or building resilience and confidence after a setback, each session offers a supportive, welcoming, goal-oriented space tailored to their needs.

Using a structured CBT approach, sessions help individuals:
