About Thrivewithhollie

Thrivewithhollie is a child and adolescent mental health coaching service, dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based support through 1:1 coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — either face-to-face or online via Zoom.

​

Led by Hollie, a British qualified teacher, mental health lead (DfE) and ICF-accredited coach. Thrivewithhollie focuses on empowering children and young people to overcome emotional challenges, build confidence, and thrive in their everyday lives. Hollie brings a unique blend of 13 years educational experience, psychological insight and a deep passion for helping young minds navigate life’s ups and downs.

Whether a child is adjusting to change, dealing with anxiety, or building resilience and confidence after a setback, each session offers a supportive, welcoming, goal-oriented space tailored to their needs.

Using a structured CBT approach, sessions help individuals:

  • Identify and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking

  • Build practical coping skills and emotional awareness

  • Strengthen self-confidence, resilience, and self-esteem

  • Manage stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination

  • Feel empowered to face challenges with courage and clarity

 

 

CBT is a present-focused, practical approach — ideal for supporting personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and positive mental health and fitness.
