How I can help

Individualised support

No two children or sessions are ever the same. I provide individualised support that’s tailored to your child’s unique personality, challenges, strengths, and goals.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low confidence, emotional regulation, or navigating change, I take the time to truly understand their needs and what works best for them. Some children need structure and calm; others respond to creativity, movement, or play. My role is to adapt — to build a connection that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Using a combination of CBT-based tools, coaching techniques, and my background in teaching, I help young people develop practical strategies in a way that feels accessible and engaging.

Personal cheerleader

Every child deserves someone in their corner. Someone who truly listens, believes in them, and encourages them to grow. In our sessions, I become a personalised cheerleader for your child. Not just offering praise, but helping them recognise their own strengths, overcome challenges, and move forward with confidence.

I tailor every session to their unique needs, interests, and learning style, creating a space where they feel safe, heard, and supported. Whether it’s using creativity, movement, games, or quiet reflection, I adapt the approach to what works best for them.

Nurturing approach

My coaching is built on a nurturing foundation, one that prioritises emotional safety, trust, and genuine connection.

Children and teens thrive when they feel seen, heard, and accepted just as they are. That’s why I create a calm, supportive space where young people can gently explore their thoughts, express themselves without fear of judgement, and grow at their own pace.

My approach blends warmth with structure: using evidence-based CBT strategies alongside kindness, encouragement, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey. I meet every child where they are — whether they need a listening ear, a gentle confidence boost, or practical tools to handle life’s challenges.
